Arroyo Crony Ralina Cardona Paying Old School El Barrio Gang

According to the latest New york City Campaign Finance Board filings Ralina Cardona, candidate for the City Council in the 8th District and pushed and prodded by the Arroyo crime syndicate has been doling out money to some of the old school gang that ran El Barrio and  South Bronx into the ground.

Federico  worked at Councilman Adam Powell’s district office as the Councilman’s Chief of Staff. He served as a Councilmanic representative to Community Board 11 in Manhattan, Community Board 1 in the Bronx.

He collected over $4,000 to offset his lifestyle in New Jersey working his old contacts in the District.

Mr. Colon was a candidate for Councilman Adam Powell’s 8th Councilmanic seat, in the 1997 Democratic Primary and lost the election to Philip Reed.  He also lost a campaign in 2008 against Harry Rodriguez to be District Leader.;

Guess where he is working now? At the Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs, Inc. where Ralina Cardona is on the Board, where they hired Arroyo nephew Richard Izquierdo for a reported $80,000 case manager position and Eduardo Laguerre is still in charge.

She is also paying  Manuel Onativia, Rep Rangel and Harlem operative and former candidate in the 8th that reportedly dropped out due to pressure from the Arroyo’s and the promise of a job in an Cardona office.    He got almost $3000.
